In our DEGUM Stage III practice for prenatal medicine (DEGUM = German Society for Ultrasound in Medicine, www.degum.de), we specialise in ultrasound examinations and other advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures during pregnancy. In most cases, the results of prenatal diagnostic examinations are normal and can allay fears and set expectant parents' minds at rest. If abnormal findings occur, these can be further clarified as appropriate in close cooperation with experts in related fields (e.g., genetics, neonatal medicine, pediatric cardiology, pediatric radiology, and pediatric surgery), and necessary treatment initiated.
We offer competent advice and treatment, using the latest medical equipment, and place particular emphasis on individual care in a pleasant atmosphere.
In this overview, we would like to provide you with information about important aspects of prenatal examinations which go beyond the scope of standard pregnancy care. We would be delighted to answer any remaining questions with you personally.
We look forward to your visit.
